These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AUXOM website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms. AUXOM is operated by BWMC (Bridgewater Management Consultancies), registered in Saudi Arabia.
1. Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
3. Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or SMS. We accept Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara, and cash on delivery. Payment is processed securely through Tap Payments and our BNPL partners.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times are 2-5 business days across KSA and UAE. AUXOM is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms. You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the item.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site including logos, images, text, and designs is owned by or licensed to AUXOM. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AUXOM's liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of products is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
