AUXOM (operated by BWMC, Bridgewater Management Consultancies) is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under applicable laws including Saudi Arabia's PDPL and the UAE's PDPPL.

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, delivery address, payment details), data generated by your use of our site (pages visited, products viewed, cart activity, search queries), and technical data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookies).
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to process and deliver your orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, provide customer support, personalise your shopping experience, send marketing communications (only with your consent), prevent fraud and ensure platform security, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate: payment processors (Tap Payments, Tabby, Tamara), logistics partners for delivery, cloud infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase), and analytics tools. All processors are bound by data processing agreements.

We use essential cookies (required for checkout and login), performance cookies (anonymous analytics), and marketing cookies (only with consent). You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are kept for 7 years as required by KSA commercial law. You may request deletion of non-mandatory data at any time.
