How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, select your size and color, and click Add to Bag. When you are ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can pay with Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara, or cash on delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby (buy now pay later), Tamara (buy now pay later), and cash on delivery (COD) across KSA and UAE.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. A small processing fee may apply. Our courier will collect payment when your order arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days. Major cities like Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai typically receive orders within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by SMS and email once your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes, standard delivery is free on all orders above SAR 199. For orders below that, a flat fee of SAR 25 applies.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email at sales@bwmc.ae. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. We arrange free pickup from your address.
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide button. Our clothes follow standard Middle East sizing (S, M, L, XL, XXL). If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. For specific measurements, contact us on WhatsApp.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by SMS and email. You can also log in to your account to view your order status.
What if I received the wrong or defective item?
We are sorry to hear that. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a priority replacement at no cost to you.
